the hotel location was central to walkable areas, near restaurants and shops. the modern room was very clean. i found the staff cute at check-in and throughout my stay. the room had a wireless charger, which i found convenient.

I found little storage space in the room. A wardrobe for jackets would be useful especially on rainy days.

The room was spacious and clean (a great first impression!). It had a comfortable bed. The location was conveniently situated, within easy walking distance of many attractions, what i wanted.

The gym equipment selection felt somewhat limited.

i got upgraded to the Double Room Aliados View. it was very handy because i was travelling with a lot of luggage. the check in process was super great. the staff gave me loads of info about the area which was helpful.

the air conditioning was not great. the breakfast was not good. i thought the hot food was cold.

the location is fantastic, it made exploring the area really easy. the breakfast was top notch, i especially enjoyed the pastries. the staff were cute, and they were always ready to help.

The air conditioning wasn't very effective in the room. there was a lack of storage space. I really needed a wardrobe for my jackets. the restaurant lacked atmosphere, it wasn't a great experience.

My room was quite small. There was hardly any space to move around. I also noticed the absence of a proper wardrobe. It was inconvenient especially when needing to hang up wet jackets after the rain, i found the breakfast service subpar. The staff did not seem particularly attentive. This impacted the overall quality of my stay negatively.
